Delivery

At SUUKY we strive for true sustainability. By using our own production facilities, we only produce according to ordered goods, thus preventing unnecessary usage of resources and overstocks. 

For this reason all SUUKY orders are shipped within 3-14 days (after payment clearance) from our warehouse in Porto, Portugal, from Monday to Friday, except national holidays. You will be informed of the availability of your package at your delivery address by email. A form of identification may be required in order to receive your package.

SUUKY is unable to guarantee delivery of an order if the address has been typed incorrectly.

Domestic orders will be shipped with Torrestir with a delivery time of maximum 2 business days. International orders will be delivered by DHL or UPS with a delivery time of 2-8 business days.

Important Information: We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, transporter delays or destination customs clearance.

Shipping

SUUKY products are shipped Worldwide with courier traceable service . The shipping cost includes insurance and will be automatically calculated according to the country of delivery.

Shipping cost and customs duties are not included in the price and may vary depending on the country you want your order to be delivered to. Duties fees and taxes may apply to your order once it reaches your country. SUUKY is not responsible for paying these additional charges or customs procedures. SUUKY recommends that you contact your local Customs office for additional information.

Cost of shipping will vary according to your purchase's weight and volume, the final amount will be shown at checkout.

Important Information: International shipments outside the European Economic Community might incur additional taxes, duties or customs fees, that the customer may have to assume.
